Residential Senior Interior Designer
Dallas/Fort Worth, TXQUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in Interior Design.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience with high end residential projects
- Professional degree in Interior Design
- Professional registration - NCIDQ desired.
- Design and technical detailing experience
- Computer Experience: AutoCad, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel,Powerpoint.
- Digital graphic skills, including familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
PROJECT DESIGN/PROCESS
- Work directly with senior leadership and principals to lead the architectural process from inception to completion
- Coordinate internal team and consultants to maintain a project’s budget, staffing and scheduling
- Provide direction on code requirements, technical detailing and construction documents to internal team
- Responsible to be involved throughout construction administration and review all needed submittals, shop drawings and conduct on-site observations and reports
