The Project Architect will lead the technical design of Multifamily projects from schematic design through construction to maintain standards of excellence. Technical design responsibilities include drawing documentation, specifications, consultant coordination and construction administration including shop drawings, submittals and contractor coordination / direction as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect with RECENT Multifamily or hospitality project experience is highly preferred. 
• Architectural registration required with current license, NCARB registration desired and LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired.
•  must be proficient in Revit
• Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines.
• Experience putting document packages together;
• Consultant coordination;
• Experience directing at lease one other team member.
• High-rise and midrise experience preferred (concrete and wood framed projects)
