We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with Multifamily project experience and 10+ years of experience leading, managing, and directly contributing to success of projects.
Responsibilities: 

• full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple multifamily projects, their teams, and construction document production. 
•  responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
• Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
• Estimates fees, determines the scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts. 

Requirements:

• Professional degree from an accredited college or university
• Professional license preferred but not required
• Experience with mixed use/multifamily project types. 
• 10+ years of architectural experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Excellent leadership attributes to mentor supporting staff
• Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through ability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
• Proficient in Revit
