Award-winning high-profile architecture + Interior Design firm is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer for their office in Dallas, TX to work on custom high-end residential projects. 
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, driven, organized and a strategic thought leader.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Mentor interior design staff
• Work on projects in all phases of interiors projects including programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation & construction administration
• Drafting to include interior elevations. 
• Assist with procurement for projects. 
• Develop and manage FF&E budgets and schedules
• Represent the firm as needed in the professional design community
• Manage multiple projects and schedules
• Introduce current design concepts and workplace strategies to  clients
• Present design concepts, materials and furniture to clients

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Interior Designer or on path to licensure preferred. 
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an Accredited Program
• 3+ years’ experience in high end residential design
• Excellent leadership, management, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Autocad required. 
• Ability to draft interior elevations. 
• Procurement experience. 
• Experience in Sketchup, Adobe Suites Preferred
