Seeking Architectural Project Manager with 5+ years experience in Architecture office with experience in retail and/or restaurant project types.

Responsibilities

• Work with production team to complete construction documents
• Complete code review and project submittals with minimal supervision
•  Coordination with engineers and consultants
•  Technical proficiency with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
•  Manage multiple project deadlines with consultants and production team
•  Occasional onsite observation of work during C.A.
• Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor degree in architecture
• 5+ years of architecture experience
• Experience working on retail and/or restaurant project types
• Autocad proficiency required
• Revit proficiency preferred 
• On the path to architecture licensure preferred
