We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer/Designer for a Project Manager role. The Project Manager will focus on design and production of construction drawings (using Autocad), working from start to finish on MEP/commercial building projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 6-10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of recent experience working on commercial building/MEP projects 
• EIT or PE is a plus, but not required. 
• Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office (Word and Excel), ComCheck and other energy code forms. 

Responsibilities:

•  Act as primary designer on projects 
• Production of construction drawings using Autocad on all projects assigned. 
• Serves in a more external client facing role.
