Opportunity:
Intermediate Architect:
We are seeking a strong Architectural candidate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience. Candidate to have experience in commercial, hospitality (hotels, bars, casino, restaurant) design. Candidates are required to be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidates must have strong communication, writing, design, and production skills.

Tasks:
Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Work with senior staff to collaborate on the design and production of documents.
• Prepares design and construction drawings with supervision.
• Assists to coordinate architectural drawings with drawings from other professional disciplines related to each project.
• Assists to prepare, review, and approve submittals, correspondence, change orders, and shop drawings. Completes and maintains project files.
• Assists to perform field surveys and gathers pertinent information required to accomplish design and construction drawings.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience post-graduation.
• Submission of a professional portfolio of completed work samples.
• Project experience with Hospitality (Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs, Casinos, and Hotels)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam software required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
