We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP Designer/Graduate Engineer with a full service design firm in their Arlington, TX office. The right candidate is expected to be ‘hands-on’ and responsible for all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing on assigned projects. Ideal candidate would have experience with MEP Design (one or multiple disciplines).

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, interface and coordinate projects with engineers, architects, local jurisdictions and owners.
• Work with a team on multiple projects providing Revit/CAD and design support with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
• Read and interpret construction drawings, owner criteria and understand all aspects of the existing or current conditions of the space
• Resolve client related issues, potential problems within critical deadlines

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a US based university.
• 1-2 years of post graduation experience with MEP design and drafting on commercial building projects including mechanical heating, ventilation, and air conditioning .
• Revit skills preferred
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• General knowledge of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing building systems design
• Ability to visualize in three dimensions to solve complex problems
• Knowledge of best practices in mechanical technologies, products and services.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English
