We are seeking a 
mid-level Interior Designer with 
luxury residential professional experience for a 
fully onsite opportunity to work for a design-focused architecture and interior design firm.
This position offers the opportunity for training and development leading to a future career path with the firm. The Junior Interior Designer works simultaneously on a variety of projects supporting the Interior Design Studio staff in the daily operations and individual design teams throughout all phases of projects.
Work Setting: This is a fully onsite role located in Dallas, TX. 
Responsibilities: 
	- Performs assignments under the direction of more experienced staff, including but not limited to project administration, schematic design, design development, and contract document administration
 
	- Develops and manages project schedules and budgets with responsibility to keep project on schedule and manage additional services
 
	- Curates cohesive design solutions of interior finishes, fixtures, furniture, and accessories within the clients desired budget and necessary lead times informed by the project's completion
 
	- Assists in computer production of preliminary plans and coordinates finish plans, specifications, materials selections, and redlines
 
	- Assists in preparation of client presentations and participates in client and contractor meetings
 
	- Collaborates with contractors and vendors to select furniture, materials, and other interior products to satisfy the client’s design requirements
 
	- Coordinates and determines all FF&E issues, including budgeting, resourcing, specifications, proposals, orders, tracking, and delivery of items
 
	- Maintains physical and digital resources, including organization, updating, and maintaining inventory of finish library as well as product representative contact information
 
	- Applies established interior design standards
 
Requirements
	- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required
 
	- Must have experience in luxury residential design
 
	- Licensure not required but preferred, even if in process
 
	- Mid-level position for 3-6 years of professional experience
 
	- Ability to source and curate a design for luxury-minded high net-worth clientele with follow through to installation
 
	- Experience with construction documents
 
	- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit
 
	- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
 
	- Exposure or experience with Sketch-Up and Studio Webware
 
	- Proficient with technical detailing
 
	- Strong sketch capabilities
 
	- Must be authorized to work in the US
