The Project Architect/Coordinator will work on the technical design of Industrial projects from schematic design through construction to maintain standards of excellence. Technical design responsibilities include drawing documentation, specifications, consultant coordination and construction administration including shop drawings, submittals and contractor coordination / direction as required.
Candidates must have a degree in Architecture plus 6-10 years of professional work experience. Industrial project experience required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field from an accredited university required. Master’s in architecture or related field from accredited university preferred
- Architecture Licensure is preferred
- Experience working with consultants and leading internal team deliverables is required.
- 6-10 years of experience in an architecture firm
- 4+ Years’ experience in industrial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required
- Must be able to engage and assist in producing documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills, both orally and written.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
