The Project Architect will lead the technical design of Multifamily projects from schematic design through construction to maintain standards of excellence. Technical design responsibilities include drawing documentation, specifications, consultant coordination and construction administration including shop drawings, submittals and contractor coordination / direction as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 10 years of experience in architectural practice with RECENT Multifamily project experience
• Architectural registration preferred
• LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired.
•  must be proficient in Revit
• Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines.
• Experience putting document packages together;
• Consultant coordination;
• Experience directing at lease one other team member.
• Mid-rise experience required (wood framed projects)
