Seeking an intermediate level degreed architect with 3-5 years of professional architecture experience for a Project Coordinator opportunity to work on the technical design of Multifamily and Affordable Housing projects.
Will work from schematic design through construction to maintain standards of excellence. Technical design responsibilities include drawing documentation, specifications, consultant coordination and construction administration including shop drawings, submittals and contractor coordination / direction as required. Candidates must have an NAAB accredited degree in Architecture plus 3-5 years of professional work experience. Multifamily or similar project experience highly preferred. 

Qualifications

• NAAB accredited Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural practice as a project coordinator with RECENT Multifamily or hospitality project experience is highly preferred. 
• On path to architectural licensure. 
•  Proficient in Revit (required)
• Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines.
• Experience putting full sets document packages together;
• Consultant coordination
