We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager with minimum of 5 years of experience managing and hands on working on restaurant and retail projects through all phases. 

Responsibilities:

• project point person and for the Client, Principals, and all discipline personnel working on the project
• primary responsibility for the projects’ financial success, quality of documents, delivery of service to the client, and schedule performance.
• administrator for the Consultant Agreement and applicable Sub-Consultant Agreements.
• initiates project start-up, manages document preparation, and coordinates construction administration activities.
• communicates and documents scope of work changes by the client, and with assistance from the Program Manager negotiates added fee and approval for them.

Qualifications & Course Requirements:

• BS, BA or MA in Architecture from an accredited educational program.
• Must have demonstrated competency in the subjects of Building and Accessibility Codes.
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in procedures for production of design development and construction documents, architectural planning, detailing, building materials and construction means and methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative and function with minimal supervision.
• Must have demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience:

• Unless otherwise approved, minimum five (5) years of successful experience in managing multiple, multi- disciplined complex projects or multiple small projects.
• Professional registration is encouraged but not required.
