The Project Architect/Coordinator will work on the technical design of Multifamily projects from schematic design through construction to maintain standards of excellence. Technical design responsibilities include drawing documentation, specifications, consultant coordination and construction administration including shop drawings, submittals and contractor coordination / direction as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
• 3-8 years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect with RECENT Multifamily or hospitality project experience is highly preferred. 
• Architectural registration or on path to licensure. 
•  must be proficient in Revit
• Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines.
• Experience putting document packages together;
• Consultant coordination;
• High-rise and midrise experience preferred (concrete and wood framed projects)
