Seeking Architectural Project Manager/Project Architect with experience in commercial project types.

Responsibilities

• Drafting in Revit to complete construction documents
• Complete code review and project submittals with minimal supervision
•  Coordination with engineers and consultants
•  Technical proficiency with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
•  Manage multiple project deadlines with consultants and production team
•  Occasional onsite observation of work during C.A.
• Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor degree in architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of architecture experience
• Experience working on commercial project types preferred
• Revit and Autocad proficiency required
