We are seeking highly motivated EIT/PE Civil Engineering professionals specializing in residential subdivision projects for a hands-on Civil Engineer role with a multi-disciplined design firm in their Dallas, TX office.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Engineer-in-Traning (E.I.T.)
• minimum of 4 years of experience in subdivision projects is preferred
• individual with entrepreneurial spirit
• Must possess robust skills in Civil 3D and design.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on large subdivisions, particularly for builders such as D.R. Horton, Lennar, LGI, Hines, Huffines, etc.
• individual who is  passionate about actively contributing to the design and execution of residential subdivision projects, maintaining a hands-on approach with projects.
• Ability to both design and mentor team members effectively in Civil 3D.
