Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our client's human resources department. The HR Manager will drive the company's growth and success by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. This position requires a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The HR Manager will report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with the senior leadership team and our President.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
   - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
   - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and offer negotiations.
   - Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and networks.

Employee Relations:
   - Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
   - Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
   - Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.

Performance Management:
   - Oversee the performance evaluation process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
   - Provide guidance and training to managers on performance management best practices.
   - Identify and address performance-related issues and recommend appropriate actions.

Training and Development:
   - Identify training needs and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
   - Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
   - Monitor employee progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Assist in the development of compensation structures and policies.
- Manage payroll through ADP Workforce and internal time management tools.

HR Policies and Compliance:
   - Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
   - Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and ensure company-wide compliance.
   - Handle employee relations matters and disciplinary actions as needed.

HR Metrics and Reporting:
   - Maintain HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics for senior management.
   - Use data to drive HR decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications, but not limited to:

- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- ADP Payroll Workforce is a must
- VISA oversight to include H1-B, etc.
- 401K auditing
