- Proposal coordination/completion with internal team, consultants, etc.
- Proposal/client/fee tracking
- Proposal templates – keep updated per current standard/generate new
- Office templates - keep updated per current standard; need revamping
- Presentation and marketing collateral prep for interviews, meetings, etc.
- Consultant relationship tracking
- Brochure book design, update and orders
- Architectural photography evaluation and coordination
- Advertising (Evaluate and execute paid ad or article)
- Direct Marketing (email blasts, etc.)
- Liaison with PR Agency
- Competition/Award Submittals
- Coordinate with Team Leaders for Groundbreakings and Project Updates
- Interview preparation
- Marketing Budget Maintenance
- Website/Social Media
- Website maintenance/management/design
- Manage content (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Events & Sponsorships
- Industry events – register/attend
- Conferences & Tradeshows- evaluate/discuss opportunities and attendees
- Track/update registrations
- Promotional Products
- Discuss needs and coordinate
- Recruiting
- Career Fairs - coordinate attendees and prepare marketing materials
- Coordinate in-house student tours
- Culture/Office Events
- Philanthropy
- Headshots
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design
- 5+ years of proposal creation and production
- 3+ years working in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry highly preferred;
- Software proficiency requirements: Dynamics, Canva, Planoly, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Cosential CRM software.
